Tackling the thorniest problems in healthcare.
The SIC is an 12-month innovation program funded by the City of Sacramento to solve the wicked problem of ambulance patient offload times across the hospital and EMS systems.

The Startup Challenge is a multi-day traction competition with parallel tracts for idea and seed-stage companies.
